Instruction of Starting Chenguang Oil Mill
Correct operation can make oil mill operate well and extends its service life. When start oil mill, we should pay attention to:
First, start the motor make the machine idle. The motor current is about 3A. If the current is too high, the motor should be
immediately stopped and checked. Re-start it after adjusted. Check the rotate speed of worm shaft after 15 minutes idling.
The normal speed is 33 revolutions per minute. Check whether gear box gear meshing, sound, bearing parts and the
motor are normal when the machine idles.
Second, put 50kg soy into hopper after oil mill idle well.The charging speed can not be too fast at the beginning of pressing
oil. Otherwise virgin bore a sudden increase in pressure, squeezed screw axis would not turn in, resulting in extra virgin
bore clogging, even so the broken virgin cage, a major accident.
Third, normal operation of the oil press, the high oil content of oil out of the oil mostly in the the Article row and exhausting.
Article row at the oil of the total 60% of the amount of oil, the group round row at about 30%; end of the discharged oil into
droplets not a line of oil color is very clear. Cutting to maintain a uniform, avoid erratic less, otherwise it will affect the life
of the oil press and oil yield.
